This is up there in the Things Not to Say department.

Like asking HR how strict their sexual harassment policy is.

So is this more of a three strikes situation, or…

[Not so] fun fact... did you know the actor playing this cop here was an active participant in January 6th and was convicted and sentenced to a year in jail? Before that, he was just a piece of shit human being in his everyday life, but now there's just a very tangible marker of that fact to point to.

Fuck Jay Johnston, bad karma for you being a dick to me in that bar on my 22nd birthday after I beat you in a pool game. Arrogant prick.

yes!

also fired from bobs burgers as jimmy pesto

i just rewatched the entirety of the sarah silverman program and it is almost cathartic now how much shit she gives him the entire run of the show. as if she knows he deserves it.

i saw a clip of sarah discussing him recently, and she is very bummed as he wasnt so.. batshit crazy.. back in the day

He was certainly still an asshole back in the day, but in a more charming way that his very funny friend group could likely laugh off and dismiss. I understand that kind of person in the mix in a friend group, but reality of him was always there if you cared to see it.

the sarah silverman program

An under-appreciated show.

Yes. I liked him since Mr Show with Bob and David (look up two more people you almost certainly know). I was very bummed out when I learned he turned lunatic.

Plenty of arseholes with straight As.

Not all though. Some are Arseholes

Look pal, do you want to feel like you're better than other people or not?

The next panel is just black with red edges and the text "STOP RESISTING!"

I once did this to a cop. Ended up spending the night in jail but, boy, was it worth it.

How is that a thing. Isn't that a violation of the US first amendment? Idk, not American

Cops have qualified immunity in the US; while there's a larger legal definition of more or less means a cop that can argue they were acting in good faith can break the law and violate constitutional rights isn't going to be punished in any meaningful way.

This is summed up in the very American phrase: you can beat the charge but not the ride. If a cop in the US wants to arrest you, you're spending at least a night in jail. Charges might get dropped in the morning, you might have a valid lawsuit against the department, you might easily win in court, but you will be going to jail if a cop has decided you will be in jail.

I'm Mexican. I was at a party and had had literally 1 drink before I had to go someplace else. It was on my way there when the cop stopped me and I made fun of him because he kept mispronouncing words, which ended up with me spending the night in jail for drinking in public, which is illegal in Mexico. No, I was not drinking in public but such is life in the zone.

Heeey, paisa. That sucks, but I hope it was worth roasting the pig. 😂

Totally, also the separos aren't that bad. I don't know if it was because it happened in a Friday but most people there were drunk students.
