Oh sure, he kisses you without asking if you have a certain number of hearts and go into a cutscene with him, relatively not the worst, still non consensual though
Most of the guys in this game are non consensual, have really bad ideas about who it is okay to form relationships with given the circumstances or are just kind of creepy or misogynistic.
The only one I know that isn't like that really is Sebastian.
