Giant robots from Venus invade Chicago. Stranded in the deserted city are Frank and Nora. They meet a partying couple at a café, Vicki Harris and Jim Wilson. The quartet escapes the robot patrol and takes refuge in a large hotel. There, they encounter a new danger in Davis, a psychopathic killer.

This B-movie is very The Day the Earth Stood Still-like, and it has a bit of the last (wo)men on earth thrown into it.
