All this rage can be solved with a bit of empathy, compassion, and help. A “hey, did you know you can do X?” does wonders, even if you have to repeat it a couple of times, as people need reinforcement to learn. All of these things are second nature to anyone who works with computers because we have practised them a lot, but to other people it’s just magic, and I think it’s unfair to get angry at someone for what they don’t know or never had the chance to learn.
