So looking it up, it’s an international holiday for national pizza varieties, that’s only celebrated in America?

Get out of here. The pizza base is cooked, looking at the sauce/mayo it's cold, the pizza looks colds, the red onion is uncooked. Apparently everyone forgot the cheese, the protein has got up and walked to another table. Get out of town.
I see both cheese and meat. cold sauces and raw onion is generally nice on tacos! I'll stay in town thank you.
Yeah, this is based on Southern California Street tacos, it was warm and very delicious

Well, it's a dough flattened into a circle and covered with a base sauce. Usually a tomato sauce. Then, you can add whatever combination of toppings you'd like. Popular choices are pepperoni, mushrooms, ham, sausage, and black olives. Then it's all baked in an oven until the crust browns up and the cheese melts. It's typically cut into 8 pie slice pieces to serve. This particular one appears to include ingredients popular in Mexican foods.
