For dry flower vape, I recommend whole-heartedly the Mighty+ made by storz&bickel.

Arizer’s Solo II is an excellent handheld option
Cheaper than a hospital stay. More expensive than not vaping.
I quit my hookah a year ago now and can recommend.
Crafty+ is about $200. Battery life is mediocre compared to the Mighty but it still gets the job done.

Those are great vapes, but I'd only recommend them to somebody who already smokes. For somebody new, I'd recommend the arizer air max
