db0 and Unruffled have both been banned for reactionary behavior and, in the case of the former, DM harassment.
Due to these irreconcilable differences we thought it only right to allow the community to weigh in on defederating immediately.
According to this person "tankie" is anyone that criticizes the privilege of white westerners in the imperial core who have been privileged and comfortable their entire lives off of the backs of colonized people.

Not what I said but let’s break down the differences between db0 and 4chan:
We’re already both part of the same federated system as db0 and we’re currently federated with them. We’re not an image board like 4chan and have a substantially different system.
Hexbear users are posting on and viewing db0. Hexbear users are not posting on or viewing 4chan (at least using their hexbear credentials).
As many posters in this thread have pointed out, the interactions with db0 users are generally not like the interactions with the two mods/admins that are the topic of the thread.
Let’s not exclude ourselves from a space we already occupy because fascists are around.
