Self-proclaimed President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko has instructed newly appointed Natural Resources and Environmental Protection Minister Sergei Maslyak to search for oil in the country.

That president seems to suddenly need oil. I guess he got orders from Russia. Hopefully Russia is feeling the effects of the attacks on their ability to produce oil.
