Valerii Markus, Sergeant Major from the 47th Separate Mechanised Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine ?Magura?, has asked to be demoted because of the ongoing disagreement with the brigade’s commanders.

The title nakes it seem that Markus voices his disagreements in a meeting with Zelenskyy, but those are actually separate occasions. He met with the President recently, and then yesterday he posted his statement asking for demotion

You are right. However, the title has not been editorialized, it has been taken as-is from the article.
