You're absolutely right! it takes very conscious disruptions and changes to a lot of things that just become normal life after so long. i feel better about being able to be successful this time. Though I have admittedly used my vaporizer on some nights when I'm feeling high stress, I still haven't touched a cigarette in months, and anxiety meds+the inhalers have been very helpful in reducing the amount I do have that vaporizer on hand. (i freaking love y'all, my dudes. this community is just top notch!)
