It’s not perfect but I enjoyed it.
If only it was a bit more fun. Sokka was basically the only semblance of comic relief and even then....
All the humor being gone is such a crime. Half of Aang’s personality is his love of fun.
Aang had literally no personality in this new series. His only lines the entire season were "this is my fault" and "I should have been there." His character was a real buzz-kill the entire time.
Yeah, I agree. Some of the acting didn’t feel grounded in the scene, kind of like they were performing on stage and some of the lines could have been better. On the other hand the bending related cgi was well done as well as the environment. Overall I really did enjoy it and look forward to seeing the next 2 seasons.
