I can't login on the app (lemmy.world)

Both lemm.ee and lemmy.world let me login on pc. But the app just says "Error Couldn't find that username or Emaail." brand new to lemmy and struggling obv, any help appreciated

Yup. i've tried lemm.ee and lemm.world
