tbh I think people should eat a variety, vegab and carnivore seem like extremes besides for those who have diseases or do well with a specific diet
religious people have often leaned in the vegan direction as a kind of penance if they're celibate; for manual laborers and those not celibate the meat seems to possibly give extra energy for certain activities
