Aha, cool!
I love how research pays off like this sometimes.

It also kind of boggles my mind how I feel like I've been reading and looking at his stuff off & on for ~35 years, but looking at his bibliography, apparently I've only sampled the tip of the iceberg, or something like that. :S

Anyway, hope you're okay. I guess we haven't caught up much, lately. PM box is always open. :-)
