He does know what he is talking about about. He is much worse than stupid, that can be excused. He is a western chauvinist racist. Nobody is this dumb, I refuse to believe it.
His silence definitely shows what he really is- hence "willfully misinformed" in my view. He would sooner deny reality and claim black is white, and up is down, than admit the white Aryan "ubermensch" states could be the ones at fault.
