Eternal happiness is impossible; only moments of suffering and moments of happy. Cherish the happy moments and take the suffering as best you can. All things in life are fleeting, so appreciate them while you can. There isn't a more fulfilling option than giving up on the myth of stability.
That's an interesting take.
