I've worked at a nursing home, I know the smell everyone keeps talking about. It's soiled diapers, from an old man who drinks nothing but soda and big macs.
God, how hard it has to be to drink a big Mac. Impressive, the most impressive.
Not that hard, apparently. A quick search on YouTube shows people happily blendering their big macs and drinking the sludge.
