I dunno if the meme is true but if you think about it an obese 80 yr old who lives in a humid swamp probably doesn't smell great
I think it's the diapers, they probably have a scent to them to help "cover up" the shit odor. That dude that worked for him on the apprentice said he was pooping all the time.
