Well, all the ones that might have were outed by the national alert system test a short while back. So maybe not.

There was a national alert that was sent out over cell phones a couple months back and a lot of Amish people that had phones were ousted to their community because their phones went off even though they're on silent so they were kicked out.

The Amish are often actually allowed technology and electricity for business purposes… to an extent, and not universally. But still.

It would be damn hard to compete otherwise.
