"Diablo 4 has a user score of 4.8 on Metacritic at the time of this writing, a steep drop from its critic score of 87. The negative reviews outnumber the positive ones for now, with a small number of gamers leaving mixed reviews for Diablo 4. Some of these reviews are pretty extensive, as a few fans take this opportunity to share their opinion of the game in great detail, while others mainly complain about server issues in Diablo 4 and its monetization practices. Some also call the game boring, before stating that it’s not worth the $70 price tag."

It's forced always online is absolutely ridiculous and I've already read multiple negative effects of the system. Not to mention the cash shop and the $70 base price tag.

always online is a never buy for me, and has been for a long while.

Yeah, I'm glad I waited for reviews on this one, even though I've been looking forward to it for a long time.

I just don't want to support this sort of practice any more.
