Just in case this is true, and so you know, AWS lambda costs on the free tier allow for 1 million executions per month at $0 and can be set to run as a cron job. So it would literally be free and reliable.
And if you're determined to run it locally, a raspberry pi will be significantly cheaper power bill wise and do the same job.
You can use an app called "Terminus" to ssh in to it from your phone if it needs a reboot.
