John oliver actually has a decent piece on this.

Basically just healthcare, but the "company" paying your bill not only gets to pick and choose what they do and dont cover like every other insurance company, they also get to choose if you morally "deserve" the healthcare. Spoiler, if a decision can be based on 'morals', that means the decision is 100% up to the person in power. "Not being a good enough Christian" is just as good a reason as "your doctor isn't in network" for them.
