So this caches steam servers to your own server? Or am I reading it wrong?

The "How it works" had a "we're working on it".

I am troubled that they are simulating with a 120 Mbps connection. Seems awfully fast to even need this.

Maybe for group lan partys? But idk. I always keep my steam game backups in my 10tb external hard disk which is connected to the network, so if i need a game on to my laptop I just import it and download some missing patches for the game.
