of c you can, I just want you to explain what's the best one I can download. My laptop max resolution is 1080, but I am pretty sure it can play 2160p, should I download 2160p (3) or 1080p (1) or is 1080p (2) the best?

the larger one 42.54GB has higher bitrate. likely straight dl from netflix. the second one is likely web-rip ie captured.
no need for 4K when you have a 1080p display. For youtube it makes sense cuz 4k is accompanied by a higher bitrate so it looks better.
which one would you choose, 1 or 2?
first one if you care that much about higher quality. i doubt youll be able to tell a difference in most cases.

When the 4K is HEVC HDR and lower overall bitrate (for similar overall quality) it might be worth grabbing
