With a bot it would be pretty simple to crosspost discussion links from reddit. Would anyone be interested in that? Just to get posts going.

Probably couldn't post galleries though, unless the author posted an MD link or something in a comment

That's about 1 post every 10 minutes though even if you just post English chapters, which is probably too much

Maybe only the manga above a certain no. Of users or above a certain rating?
