verbose explanation of the jokethe original painting is "Freedom of Speech" by norman rockwell, the head is this instance's meme for a stereotypical bottom, i.e. shy, submissive and needy. Since the guy in the painting also adopts a shy pose and manner, it was easy for me to plant the bottom head onto him. Only now he talks about how he needs tops top-use-words instead of making some point about America's freedom or shit like that
