While I appreciate the sentiment, it's easier said than done. Depression caused by ADHD is a real thing and I'm sure that's why so many members here can relate to this image.

Yes, I'm currently struggling with that myself. I'm not saying it's not relatable, I'm just saying it's at least one step too far from funny, you know...?

Anyway... It's just my point of view.

I’m sorry, I experienced the same (for years) so I really know how hard it is. Unfortunately there is no easy solution, but I can tell you that it is definitely possible to get out of it and live a happier life.
