I'm 99% sure this is a shitpost.

You'd have to be significantly less intelligent than a raccoon, to not notice the little levers on the sides of the RAM sticks.

Everyone talks about the levers on RAM sticks, but why the FUCK is nobody talking about levers on PCI-E sticks? I thought those didn't exist and did the same thing as OP.

those can actually get hidden by big ass GPUs. And be pretty hard to release.

luckily they aren't necessary, I've had many people come into my shop after breaking the pcie clips and I just make sure it's screwed in firmly and they're good to go. they are a bitch tho

That's the thing, at one point they didn't exist. I almost ripped one out of my motherboard when I first got one with a latch.
