Does it give u an error like "media not supported by client" or something like that? If so - I'm not an expert- but you may need to enable video transcoding of smthing like that
nah it just has a black screen and wont play, no loading icon or anything. video says its being played from the admin panel, i googled it and other people are having issues with it, almost 2 months old and hasnt been fixed yet, luckily you can still play videos if you use infuse but that client isnt open source
