An electric pump. I can do bike tires, car tires, camping beds, etc. with full ease.

With a hand pump you can do the same without electricity

But it's less convenient. The topic is about incredibly useful stuff under or around 100 pounds. An electric pump is only like 10 pounds more than a good hand pump that you can only use for small stuff.
