I don't know if it's a r/whoooosh, but "Linux ISOs" is a way to refer to pirated content. You download movies, music, shows etc and then put it on your jellyfin server. It comes from the fact that downloading Linux ISOs is pretty much the only legal use case for a bit torrent client
