I think it started as an April Fools bit but for some godforsaken reason they decided to keep it and assign one of the only female staff members to work it over her clearly stated objections, where she was subjected to people fantasizing about having sex with her, along with pictures of genitalia.

It was an April's fool day joke. I think they had it up for about a month or so. Nothing explicit was posted.
It's a porn site... It doesn't matter if LMG posted anything themselves... the responses to ANYTHING that LMG posts will be with pornographic materials. Subjecting your workers to moderate that when your business isn't porn is outright neglect.
