The plaintiff says that Microsoft's tactic of "forced obsolescence" is an "attempt to monopolize the generative AI market."

Agreed. My only counter was MS saying Windows 10 was the last operating system we would ever need to buy. I didn't believe it, and neither did anyone in the IT space, but it sounded sane to end users.
