Truth be told, (cringe moment upcoming, prepare yourself) I may have stopped doing it bc COVID started and we stopped going to school, or I was unofficially peer-pressured out of it because of what you mentioned, basically like 2-3 people out of 20-25 would actually stand for it. It’s been like 5 or 6 years since I did it so I don’t remember but yea it was a “symbol of rebellion” for me as a lib bc we had Trump as president and I wanted to be all “I love America even if I don’t love Trump” but nowadays I just cringe and pretend that never happened
