I used to get them. I have a light build and used pre-workout and creatine to boost my productivity on a 12 hour shift in the bullshit factory.

pretty sure it's not heart palpitations or else I would have been dead. I'm not a doctor but after enough times it kind of seems like they're a muscle convulsion
