Also if for example YouTube is considered "child safe" because they will have exemplary child protection measures, it's going to lead to even more parents to just hand a smartphone to them and have them watch ours and ours of slop content. Inoffensive slop content, but not something that a child needs to thrive.

This video is just one of many exposés on how YouTube videos tagged for children contain very depraved content, and content that is protected by YouTube.
