I know they meant "worst" in the sense of "bad at math," but now I'm imagining the world's worst mathematician trying to figure out how to use math to commit ethic cleansing or poison water supplies or make pugs' noses even more fucked up or something.

Tbh that doesn't sound too bad? Like maybe take a nice shower but with cruelty free/plant-based soap that wasn't animal tested (and obviously there's no drought concern in this scenario).

That would be 'ethical cleansing'. Ethic cleansing would be to cleanse ethic, meaning you are getting rid of the ethic. That is basically just erasing one's morals. I think that's already being taken care of.
