It's kind of sad really, they are so lazy (or maybe it is learned helplessness?) that even when they believe that AI is a magic "make cool things without effort" button, they still can't imagine themselves coming up with an inventive enough prompt for the AI.
Or maybe they know they're full of shit and this is just cope, the reason they aren't "The Guy" making the amazing 11/10 AI masterpiece is because they know it won't ever actually manifest.
It’s funny because you really could make a (possibly) functional shitty anti woke game just starting with asking an AI “what’s an idea for an anti-woke game?” “how would I make that” etc
