What does Myanmar have against Palestine though?

Myanmar has a long history of co-operation with the entity. During the cold war the Zionists sold weapons to all the most reactionary anti-communist dictatorships, especially where the optics were too bad for the West to openly support them (see apartheid South Africa, Latin American dictators, etc.). In the case of Myanmar this never really stopped despite US attempts to sanction the junta that overthrew their NED puppets. In fact it's precisely because they are facing isolation that the Myanmar military doesn't want to risk cutting off that supply line by recognizing Palestine.

This may change if the situation in Myanmar stabilizes, the West continues to be hostile to them, and some other country like Russia or China steps in to fill the arms void. But in the short term this is unlikely to happen.

I think Myanmar is easily bought on the subject.
