It seems to all be spelled correctly. That's not the writing of a low-level manager whose only major qualification is being an ass-kisser.

Kissing ass to the right person to the right degree is actually an amazing life skill, from what I've seen. I never appreciated how much of work is simply people liking you. I thought being good at the job was the thing. Nope.
