Then there's: I worked my ass of for 8 hours each day for the last week, furthering my wellbeing but only half of the things I did were those I intended to do and there is still so much more I have to get done, I'm such a failure!

That's actually my wife. I'm so proud of her and she's just seeing what she didn't accomplish.
