Zappa and the Mothers, the lineup of Live in NY (I think 1978.), with Bozzio on drums and Michael Brecker playing sax. Alternatively, I'd really like to hear Django Reinhardt sometime in the 1930s.
Zappa's last US show was pretty epic. One of the most interesting covers of Stairway To Heaven I've heard. March 23-25 1988.
