You absolutely know little Thombert has "Low Shoulder Syndrome" and the accompanying self-esteem issues about it. You are cruel. You can clearly see his freakish sunken shoulder on the side facing us such that his elbows (while actually symmetrical and aligned with each other) are monstrously below where they might be on a more normal, healthy, American child.
For shame on you, for mocking Thombert's grotesque condition. For shame.
I mean, with all the atomics, no surprise.
