Bro try not capitalizing every other grouping of words / caps locking phrases. You're not adding anything and you come off like a deranged boomer.
You'll get used to it, guys kind of a staple around here now
I believe it's sarcasm case, a way of showing the writer does not seriously believe what they are saying while avoiding the much-maligned /s tag.
