Today I learned that there's a female version of the term "bromance" and it's equally shit

It only works if you say the O wrong! Neither "woman" nor "women" are said like that.
Oh, and all the other stuff about implying any strong & healthy friendship must have some underlying homoeroticism bullshit.
I'm liking the similarity (and presumed etymological link) to the English 'flung'
