Not unless they change/ignore the constitution. Musk was born in South Africa so he isn't eligible.
It makes him the perfect candidate for the dems though, they can run him and then the republicans can just declare him ineligible so the democrats automatically lose. Bam! All the benefit of funding and donations, 0 actual risk of needing to actually "govern"
Yeah plus it'd be funny to watch Musk lose an election.

I think a wrinkle on that whole saga that isn't discussed often enough is that while Obama was born in the US, McCain objectively was not.
Except none of it even mattered because both were born to US citizens.
Plus now they want to get rid of jus soli, so where Obama was born would matter even less.
I actually think it does matter that the white guy objectively failed the standard by which people began a years long whisper campaign against the black guy
