Inspired by a post here, I thought it would be interesting to create a collections of road signs for bike paths

they actually mean that bikes are explicitly allowed

I’d say that’s more of an implicit meaning since the sign certainly doesn’t show that.

Not mutually exclusive.

In this case I'm referring to the word of the law, which leaves no doubt about bikes being allowed.

The sign is implicit. The law is explicit.
