Post videos you genuinely enjoy and want to share, duh. Celebrate the diversity of interests shared by chapochatters by posting a deep dive into Venetian kelp farming, I dunno. Also media criticism, bite-sized versions of left-wing theory, all the stuff you expected. But I am curious about that kelp farming thing now that you mentioned it.
Low effort / spam videos might be removed, especially weeb content.
There is a cytube that you can paste videos into and watch with whoever happens to be around. It's open submission unless there's something important to commandeer it with at the time.

Hold up though, just like you said there is plenty he can do besides reduce officer headcount. Cut overtime, cut equipment funding, "special assignments" that aren't on the street, close the international offices, no increase in headcount, no increase, or possibly a decrease in overall budget, etc...
These things are all "defunding the police" and directing resources to actually useful city services, but he's doing it the slow and kinda centeristy way (NYC centrist, so between liberal and socialist) so that NYC lib voters don't have a reason to lose their minds since he's clearly said "you will have the same number of officers in the department". Ofc national media will smear all they want but he can just say that over and over again to the people he's actually trying to get votes from and grind out his victory. I
'm more worried about the assassination than the rat fucking (not that I'd be surprised if they pull that off either)
