The „aid“ money you describe has now all been blown up. Idgaf what PR stunt the USA has pulled so people like you can smugly say how the USA is actually the good guy because they decided to give Palestine some of the money they found in the pentagons couch. The USA is a completely cynical entity and the only reason they do shit like this is so that people like you get suckered into supporting empire.
