Though you can see why someone would try to make this joke given what the bins actually look like:
I was thinking AI. The road markings and the patch of grass make no sense and the background is very nondescript.
also there's a vestigial headlight, and the two wheels have different style fenders
That wouldn't be super out of place in India.
